Privacy Policy

Reclaim helps you track habits, nutrition, weight, activity, and sleep routines. It does not require a Reclaim account and does not provide medical guidance.

Effective date: October 13, 2026

Operator: Lyrix Studios

Privacy contact: Reclaim.LyrixStudios@gmail.com

Information you keep on your device

Reclaim stores the information you choose to enter or record on your device: habits and sleep routines, weight records, meals and food photos, step totals, saved GPS routes, goals, preferences, and reports. If you update from an older full-featured Reclaim version, its records remain in local storage and portable backups, but this wellness edition does not display or update them. An app-lock PIN verifier is held in secure device storage and is not included in portable backups. Reclaim does not maintain a cloud account or a server-side database of these tracker records.

You can edit or delete wellness records in the app, export a backup, or clear all of Reclaim's local data through Android settings. Older records retained from previous versions cannot be edited in this edition. Exported backups remain wherever you choose to save or share them; clearing the app does not remove those copies.

Permissions and location

If you enable step tracking, Reclaim uses the phone's activity sensor. If you open a map or record a walk, hike, or run, it uses location to position the map and record the route you start. A route can continue recording while the app is in the background or the phone is locked, until you stop it. Camera or selected-photo access supports nutrition-label logging. Notifications support habit reminders and active tracking. You can turn off features or revoke permissions in Android settings.

Information sent when you choose network features

Advertising and purchases

When ads are enabled, Reclaim may show Google-served, non-personalized banners on Home, Activity, and Nutrition, plus occasional ads after saving a current meal. The Google Mobile Ads software may process device or advertising identifiers, network information (which can indicate an approximate location), consent choices, ad interactions, and diagnostics for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. Reclaim does not pass your tracker names, meals, steps, or routes as ad-targeting information. Test ads may appear during testing and earn no revenue. Where required, Reclaim requests ad consent and offers privacy choices.

If a Remove Ads purchase is offered, Google Play handles the payment. Reclaim sends its purchase token and app/product identifiers to Lyrix Studios' verification service, which checks the purchase with Google Play. The verification service does not intentionally store the token. Purchase availability depends on the app version and store configuration.

Security, retention, and your choices

Network features use HTTPS. Local records remain until you delete them, clear app storage, or uninstall the app; copies you exported are under your control. The AI relay and purchase verifier are designed without a tracker-record database. Service providers may retain network, security, or processing data according to their policies. Reclaim does not sell your health or location records.

For questions about this policy, or to ask Lyrix Studios about information it controls, email Reclaim.LyrixStudios@gmail.com. Because Reclaim has no user account or cloud tracker database, you can remove local tracker data directly in the app or Android settings. You must delete any exported copies from the places where you saved them.

Other providers

The optional services above are also governed by their providers' policies: Google Privacy Policy (including Google Play and Google Mobile Ads), Cloudflare Privacy Policy, OpenAI Privacy Policy, and Stadia Maps Privacy Policy.

Changes

Lyrix Studios may update this policy as Reclaim's features or providers change. The effective date above will change when the policy is revised.
